How did you teach it? I would love to get Raja doing this. I couldn't imagine how adorable it would be to have them both smile on cue!

As far as I know, it's just a trait some dogs have to show submission to humans. I read some where that the habit seems to be inherited from the parents. She just started doing it one day, usually as a greeting. DH was making funny noises to get their attention to the camera so I guess she smiled at that.
