Aww i felt the same way, my partner has a golden lab which pays me NO attention what so ever LOL i wanted my own little dog and wanted a girl to dress up and put bows in her hair. One day on the off chance we went to see a litter of puppies by the time we got there only one little boy left but i am so glad we got him. He took to me right away and follows me around the house like my own little body guard
He is fast asleep on my knee as i type this. I was worried he also wud like my partner better as he feeds the dogs so i thought that bailey wud see him as the pack leader, but nope he is a RIGHT little mummys boy
I still dress him up in little t-shirts and jumpers and rain coats for boys and even have a few boy coloured clips for his hair hehehe! good luck with what ever u decide. BTW little girl yorkies are cuties too
