This auction starts at 9 in the morning, I was there. The dogs are sold by breed, alphabetically. The yorkies weren't selling until later in the day, so I left (couldn't stay, it was making me sick and breaking my heart) and came back around 1:30. The yorkies finally sold around 3:00, after they were finished 6 pomeranians were sold/given away. They were entered too late to make the program.

There were 324 dogs listed and I believe each one was there and either sold or given away.

This is done Every Month, all year long!

Next month it will be hot, this is in a metal building, the dogs are there All Day - Caged!

I overheard the auctioneer say to another employee - "No money to made here today".....I wanted to SCREAM!

Many of the puppies sold were Broker rejects.

There was one breeder selling out his pugs and buying up another breed. One of his pugs that he sold, was pregnant at the time. He was wearing a shirt with "Oklahoma Pet Professionals" on the front and back. It's a USDA breeders association

If you breed - Please, neuter pets before they go to their new homes. I know - you wouldn't want one of your little girls (or boys) to end up at the auction - and they just might otherwise.
