The most common side effects are gastrointestinal, nausea, diarrhea. Anytime there are heart irregularities I would be concerned about an allergic reaction of some sort. Best not to mess with it. Stop taking it until you speak with your doctor. It won't hurt to miss a dose if need be, and could cause more harm by continuing to take it.
