How big is she? It is not ideal to have puppies with the first heat, but it has happened many times before, so you won't be the first, and certainly won't be the last. There are some dangers if she is really small, but work closely with your vet and she should be fine.

Also I would ask this in the breeders section so the experienced breeders can help you rather than just hearing everyone's opinion. Were you planning on beeding this pair later on?
