Jack had a quiet but nice birthday and he said to thank you all for the Happy Birthday Greetings. Since I wasn't able to do baking this year he got a store bought cake but he enjoyed it  and blew out ALLLLLLLLLL the candles 
I do believe the time has come for me to pack up my much used knitting and crocheting needles and give them to our daughter. Thanks for the compliments on the rose afghan. I am adding the following yellow/pink and rose afghan I crocheted for our daughter Jackie, long time ago
