That experience was 3 years ago. Have you found any other negative posts? Have you discussed your concerns with DRae? At Best Friends, the grooming is done in full view of the store patrons. I'm sure Karen would let you stay and watch if you asked. You should just go visit, and watch and see how well the dogs are handled.
