I agree! They need to be removed. Rainbow is now 1 year old and had her 2 retained baby teeth removed only 2 months ago. We had to wait longer than we expected because her blood work was not normal and we had to have it normal before they put her under anesthetic. One of the retained teeth was a canine tooth and the new tooth is not in the proper position since it was in there so long. Thankfully it is looking like it will finally move to the right place, but the longer you wait, the greater the chance of them not growing in straight.
Since he has already been nuetered, you should not have any problem with the anesthetic, just a bigger expense.
