I guess it is safer for the dogs that would be tossed outside that night but not for our babies that would get lots of love and care at home.

Thank you so much for the answer, for the life of me I couldn't figure this one out, but you're right, there are some pet owner who care little for there pets, I thought they usually didn't bother to get the spayed either.
