I know yorkies are one of the few breeds whose teeth don't fall out on their own. I just had teddy's teeth taken out.. he was already neutered like your little one, but when he went to the vet in april, the vet saw there were three more teeth to pull out. If you leave them in for too long, it could cause bad breath and such. I know you don't want to, but those teeth might have to go. But I'm no expert, I will wait for other yters to chime in.
