Default adult teeth growing behind baby teeth, already neutered!

okay, so i searched YT for "double row of teeth" and found some good threads, but they all said that yorkies get their teeth pulled while getting spayed/neutered... well, Kash is already neutered, and i'm just now having the problem of this double row. it's actually only his two front teeth that are growing in behind his baby teeth. i think all of his bottom front row fell out and are starting to grow in...

so my problem is that since Kash has already been neutered, and the vet didn't see a need to pull teeth (i guess becuase he had no sign of adult teeth coming in yet), what do i do now? i don't want him to have to go under anesthesia again.

will the baby teeth eventually fall out or will he have a double row forever? what potential problems could this cause? can i make them loose for him somehow?

please help!

thanks!
