I feel silly now
. It's a suture that hasn't reabsorbed yet from his neutering a couple months ago. The vet said sometimes they start to poke out so they clipped it off and it should go away on it's own. I'm so relieved! Thankfully they didn't charge me for the vet visit since it was related to his neutering.
