Louis, Ella Bean's big bro was sooo excited when she got home. Honestly, she growled when Louis bothered her for the first two days. Then I started to have to hold her back! I kept lots of tasty treats on me and a hoody, so I had something to grab onto that wouldn't hurt her when she started to try and get into something she wasn't supposed to.
She was spayed last week on Friday and now she is back to her adorable self and she is healed enough to play a little but not jump on and off furniture. She seems to know and has been really good about using her "puppy stairs" I found them on sale at Bed Bath & Beyond for $19.99 so I got some for the bed and couch. They work great. Make sure you don't keep her on too many painkillers so she knows her own limits.
