I feel strongly about that too. You must show in order to sell a show prospect.
IMO - A show prospect is just that - one you think/feel may make it in the show ring. Those are usually sold around 5 months and up, depending on the breeder and their experience. Show quality - means they are ready (usually 1 year and older) for the ring and should make it to their championship. Price - depends on the quality of the pup, its parents, pedigree, and how much you paid for the parents. I will never give full breeding rights, unless it is someone I really know well. It is so different now than it was years ago. One has to be so careful now. Sorry.

You know you are on the right track when you have top show people wanting to use your stud or buy one of your own pups. I was so happy when Anabelle de la Cruz of Trail West asked to purchase one of my babies (back in the 80's). It was a great compliment.
