I feel so sorry for that man and in a way for the dogs as the owners are not experienced or responsible enough to raise those dogs the right way. Instead they raised them to become vicious attack dogs that are a danger to every one around them. If you don't know how to properly raise, socialize, and care for a breed or dog in general DON'T GET THE D*** DOG! ughhhh that is so annoying
