Boy! I thought SNoodles would get use to it too. She is now a year and 7 months and it hasn't gotten one iota better. I really don't understand it. Most dogs love to be brushed and cooed over. Not CUJO! Wish we had an answer to it. I tell her how good she is and just use the tip of the brush and go really gentle, but she is a BRAT to say the least with the brushing. She will let me brush her teeth every morning, and rinse out her eyes and surprisingly, she lets me pluck the hair in her ears with no problem. But I can't touch her feet either. I need to cut the lhair around her paws, and I dread it. My Hubby has to hold her in a vise grip while I do the dastardly deed! By the time we are done, we both are sweating, and the dog is exhausted! WHEW!
