I'm sure your Father is a lovely man, but I think I'd have a cow if he did that to any of my babies...skin or fur!
It must be a man thing. When I went to pick up Daisy (she was rehomed to us) she was 2 yrs old and had a beautiful coat with long hair on top, but the man who had her said, "I cut her bangs for you!!
They are still growing out 2 months later. We have a topknot with a visor.
Teddy will be adorable no matter what!
