Hi, no they are not pimples... they really look like some kind of mushroom... they are gray and one of them (the biggest one) seems to be hairy... you know with little things coming out of it yearch kind of look like penicillin under a microscope... anyway I will try to put a pic... Poor little thing.... thank God he has long hair
