Both of our dogs I should not have purchased. One was from a pet store and the other was from the breeder I mention starting the post. I wasn't strong enough in either case to say no. I have since learned my lesson and if and when we buy another dog I will for sure do better research. The breeder that we bought Meaty from, there were so many red flags. The puppy was brought to a womans home that wasn't the breeder, I never even met the breeder. But in the end I couldn't leave him there. I'm glad we didn't, he is such a wonderful, dog. I just hope that there are people out there that are stronger and can say NO when the situation just doesn't seem right. |
