 U-Tube Experts - - Please Help!
I haven't ever posted a video on U-Tube and have a couple of questions that I have been unable to find clear answers to. I wish to download a copy of the Oprah Puppy Mill Show, and I'm not sure if it's legal to do that sort of thing. The copywrite infringement information given seems to address issues of passing something off as your own work. Obviously, I wouldn't be doing this, but the law is confusing, also it seems like if it were legal, someone would have done this already.
My second question would be, if it is legal, can I edit the commercials out, and my last question concerns time limits, can a video be one hour long? |
