only b/c I had a credit on my QVC account that covered the cost, plus the tax and the shipping & handling fees. So far it's OK I use it on my small Yorkie that's only 4 1/2 lbs. but it wouldn't work for my 2 Teapots @ a whopping
10 lbs. a piece! You don't have much control walking her b/c of where they attached the ring for the leash it should have been closer to the shoulders instead of at the end of the back?
I only watched it b/c of the cute Yorkie's!
