The vests are cute! Will they fit my Rupert? His neck is 3 1/2 inches and he is about 5 inches long at the most. He weighs 1.10 ounces. I usually buy xxs harnesses and they are still too big for him. I will buy them both if you think they will fit? Thanks! Let me know!
