Am I a kook or what? This makes sense to me, but maybe not. It's hot here, often in the 90s. It's not as hot as Oklahoma where we came from, but it's still pretty hot. The house is on thin rocky soil that won't even grow grass and there's a lot of area that's just plain gravelly. My Yorkie is only 15 weeks old and her paws are tiny and soft and tender. So when the rocks and cement are hot, I carry her to the grass. I'm I creating a little monster that wants to be carried everywhere or am I protecting her?
