I am sooo sorry this happened
I used to live in the bay area ... If I waqs still there I would go to that town and scour it myself for your little Yorkie. However. with these kind of dogs chances are someone may have picked her up and kept her.
I would also reccommend you to check the local animal shelters. Was she mirco chipped? If she had her lincence then maybe someone will return her.
