My gorgeous 8 month old puppy princess has been limping since friday night. The leg does not seem to be bothering her and she is still running around with our other puppy and jumping up and down as much as she can. I have been trying to limit the jumping as much as I can but she just won't stop. It appears to be her front right leg and she is putting weight on it and it doesn't bother her when we touch it or play with it. She hasn't been whining or acting any different except for this limp. The weird thing is that it comes and goes. Sometimes I look at her and its almost gone and then it comes back in the next few minutes worse. I should have taken her to the vet on Saturday but it didn't seem to be bothering her so I thought maybe it was a bruise and then the vets weren't open on Sunday or Monday. My husband called today and asked if it might be lyme disease but they said that she would be sleeping alot and not eating and she has been eating. They said that she would be fine until the appt on Thursday. Has anyone seen anything like this or have any ideas? I hate watching her limp and every time she does I just want to cry!!
