I know! 8 months! I'm sorry but that is nothing! And their trying to get the judge to give him just house arrest. Nick complains he only can walk around 10ft, um, the other guy can't even walk! I think that kid should never be allowed to sit in anything with more than 80hp for the rest of his life! And it's not like this was his first driving offense either.
