Diggy was about 3 pounds and Bella not quite that much. They are tiny ones. Some do fall out but some dont! My friends yorkie has one thats still not fallen out and she is almost 2!!! If you do when they get spayed its painless and honestly neither one of mine acted like they even knew they were gone! They get put under to have teeth pulled so I wouldnt risk having to do it later and have her put under 2 times. Just my thoughts on it...I dont like the thought of them going under at all....
