Dont get stressed or upset with him just clean up and try ont to make a big issue of it . Are you taking him outside or using puppy pads.
We used the puppy pads for a short time just so they could go as soon as they needed ,as you can see they need a lot when they are young puppies. Then you can move the pad to the door , you can use this as well as taking them outside to potty good luck.
