There are many great products out there as far as probiotics go. I will try to get you the names of a few.
Plain yogurt is okay, but I don't think giving a tsp or so is going to be enough probiotics. A probiotic product will be better suited for them.
Oh and do you have bland/sensitive belly foods you recommend? Im noticing watery eyes a lot more lately so maybe a food switch will help.
