You know, I found 2 ticks on Penny. I freaked!
I mean we do live in the woods.
But she doesn't go outside. I am guessing they came off of our other dogs or us. I find them on me after we feed the horses.
But Penny did have Lyme's vac. So I guess she will be ok. We got the entire tick off of her. I'm not sure about the rumors you've heard. I've heard them as well growing up. But you could call your vet and ask them.
