I feel so for you. Just a bad place to be in. If you could file a police report and stay anonymous. What about the sheriff's dept of the county? We had a neighbor that was starving a pregnant mare. It was in the winter. I called the Sheriff's dept. and was able to remain anonymous. Boy I wish I could help more, I just feel for your situation. Please keep us posted.
