Our pups tend to shred the pee pads as well. Why they think they taste good I have no idea! I get washable pads now. Hospital pads work great, but I also use the little receiving blankets that you can get in a four pack at target. I make some thicker using absorbent material and sew the edges with an overlock stitch. They come out soft and wash easily in the washing machine. (separate from family clothing of course
) The pups don't shred them and I don't have a big mess to clean up!
