It could be an allergic reaction to his food. In the past, I had a dog that would lick her paws or the blanket for hours on end until we realized it was her way of dealing with an upset stomach.


Though our neighbor's dog growing up licked everything and I think it was more of a conforting thing than an allergy.

Maybe try switching her food up and seeing if it slows down?
