Congratulations to you for "doing something" to help that poor little fella locked in the hot car. And a big thumbs up the the police officer who was willing to "go out on a limb" to help.
What a timely reminder with warmer weather here that it is very dangerous and cruel to leave dogs and/or any living being in a parked car with the windows up.
