well first I wanted to say 'HELLO' and 'WELCOME' to YT !!!
I don't know what caused the Problem ...... but my Girl does not like to go potty outside when it is raining or it rained and everything is still wet ... thats the only time (if I am not watching) she will go in the house ....
Is he mad maybe .... or can you think of something that would have mad change his mind ??? Sorry I can't help you on this ..... but I am shure somebody on here will .....
