... oh this will be a pain in the butt .... we had to get one for Maya in FL and I paid 100 $
for a piece of Paper and the Dr. visit .... and then we had to wait 3 days to get it approved from a Place in Miami ... can't remember the Name of it ..... and it was cutting EVERYTHING close ... they said if I don't have the approvel we can't take her back with us to Germany ...... yeah ... let me tell you ... PLAN this in advance ......
