I have 4 yorkies......they eat in the morning & at dinner time. One is on "diet" food, the others (1 adult, 2 under a year old) all eat puppy food. When I feed them, I sit and watch. Lucky, the one on the diet gobbles his food down every time; he's the main reason I watch or he would definitely be in the other bowls. I give the others maybe 15 minutes or so to eat, then up it goes til the next feeding.
As for poop eating....if it's not their poop, who's is it? I've heard that if you feed your dogs a bit of pineapple, it will make their feces taste really bad to them (it dosen't already!?????), and they won't want to eat it anymore. Haven't tried it, but that's what I've heard. |
