Twice a day. Primarily - ONCE a day is more intended for prey model feeding. Personally, I'm really not a big fan of once a day feedings. If you pay attention to the fact that usually - a meal is digested within 8-10 hours, once a day feedings just don't make physiological sense. Plus, your dog would need to be able to consume pretty large amounts in one feedings, similar to what a wolf would do in the wild - at one feeding.
