 Eating each other's food! (and a million other problems)
Oh man I'm at my wit's end with Franklin and Maggie, haha.
I just recently switched Franklin to Solid Gold from California Natural, and Maggie has been on Solid Gold Just a Wee Bits since we got her. They both will eat their own food when they have no other choice but Franklin LOVES Maggie's food and vice versa. I am constantly chasing them around and withholding food until I can keep them separated. Franklin (and I assume Maggie has too) has always been free-fed so he never eats all of his food once I put it down.. which MEANS that there is always food available for them to steal.
Any suggestions? I'm thinking I might just switch Franklin to adult food.. he's almost 8 months. Do you think it's too soon?
ALSO! Maggie eats poop! Not her own and not Franklin's, but poop she finds outside! It's driving me crazy. How do I fix that? |
