Default Logan has Coccidia

After seeing Logan have another bloody stool and residual blood running down his rear-end, I took him to the emergency clinic. Ironically, the vet tech I really like at the place where he's being tested for liver shunt also works at the emergency clinic.

The vet said he has coccidia, so Logan started on yet another medication. The problem is that all medications used to treat this are metabolized by the liver, which can be a problem if Logan does indeed have a liver shunt. So I'm watching for signs of reaction.

My poor baby is not feeling well. He's doing a lot of sleeping, which is probably what he needs right now...and plenty of water. He was slightly dehydrated, but he drank a lot of water when we got home.
