Wow Mochasmom - I thought they would be coloured up by the time they were around a year old?

I guess I should have said Li'l Mac's silver hair is just STARTING to come in. It's now about 1/4 inch on his head. I met both Li'l Mac's parents and both of them are Silver and Tan which is the colouring I was looking for in a Yorkie. I didn't know they come in Silver and Black. I thought they were either:
- Silver and Tan or
- Black and Tan.

So... how old are Yorkies, typically, when they are all coloured up in their adult colours?
