Oh how I wish it was that cheap here!!! I love using USPS, but I shipped my mom a very small package of chocolate & it ended up costing me 19$!!! Mind you, this bag was very, very tiny ... it couldn't have weight a fourth of a pound ...
I personally think that since I live in Hawaii USPS takes advantage of us & charges more. The only reason I think this is because when I order from other people online shipping is usually around five dollars ... idk why they charge us SO much to ship stuff out, but it makes me never want to send anything to my family & friends! I do believe though that USPS has the cheapest shipping rates & they're very reliable too!
