It has a little handle but still watch him. It might not happen to yours, i have the same one for Teddy except in blue with the polka dots but he is bigger than London. I think it was just too heavy for London to hold her head up, idunno but i remember someone here posted some really good ones i wanted to get, i have to go look for the thread
