There is a story going around that he might of stumbled from a party from a house at the other end of the woods, and somehow ended up in the creek. To get to the creek from the fenced dog area, you have to cross the parking lot (which isn't very big) and go down the hill. I've only been down there once, and that was last year. I usually go when I know our regular group is there.
