Today the Family went to Bahia Honda state park to have a barbeque and get some sun at the beach. We felt bad leaving Dino home alone all day, but when we called they said that no pets were allowed to walk on the premisis. I got to to thinking and at 2 am I had a brilliant idea. I could go to WalMart and buy a baby play pen. I woke up, got dressed and bought one. We got into the park set up the play pen and left him in there with food water and toys. We were doing barbeque and he was there with us, we brought the play pen really close to the water.
My aunt didn't get in the water so she watched over him when we all went into the water. He had a blast people kept walking up to him and petting him. There was a man that he would come by every hour or so and be like "DINO!!" and Dino would get all excited.
We were unseen most of the day until when we were packing up a ranger came to us and told us "We normally don't allow any pets on the beach or the pavilion's but since your dog isn't technically on the pavilion or the beach I can't do anything" and then she smiled, petted Dino and walked away!
Dino had a great time smelling the beach, watching us, and meeting a lot of new people!
I was going to return the play pen but because I liked it a lot and Dino seems to LOVE it, I am going to keep it and it was only $40.
