My Pixie had a reaction last summer to fertilizer. We decided to let the landscapers fertilize but I told them to let me know when they did it and they didn't and they also fertilized where I let the girls out. I didn't figure it out until after Pixie got sick. She got up about 9 pm and as she was coming down the ramp from my bed she started falling over and stumbling. She was not responding to my voice and was walking like she thought the floor was closer than it was it was so strange. I rushed her to the vet and not knowing about the fertilizer we had no idea what happened. They gave her some meds and fluids and she was better the next morning. So I know fertilizer is everywhere this time of year so it could be the reason. Hopefully she will not have any more seizures.
