heres what was off
WBC 5.49 normal 5.50-16.90
HCT 59.4 normal 37.0-55.0
RBC 9.30 normal 5.50-8.50

Well a very elevated WBC (white blood cells) would indicate infection. So that is good. There is a slight bump in the rbc and the hemoglobin which is probably because he is a lil dehydrated. The values are a just concentrated.
IS he drinking?
Did they do a fecal study? is that how you know it is clostridium?
