I feel so bad for your little Yorkie. To me, it looks like she has been abused. i believe that you saved her life by getting her! Being already a 5 month old pup, she might not have made it .
I am glad you took her to the vet and she is on medications. She will feel so much better after the infections clear up. She will probably feel like doing so much more when she is not unhealthy. I bet once she feels safe and starts to be able to trust you and her new environment she will be a lovely pet.
She has been through a terrible first 5 months and I think with a lot of love and security she will be just fine.
