First and foremost I wish the very best for Baily, I know from experience what you are going through. Winston too has what I call seizures/hypoglycemia. I have not been able to determine which comes first. But the vet has documented his low blood sugar and NutriCal seems to bring him out of it. I should take him to a Neurologist to help decide whether it is Epilepsy or Hypoglycemia...but for now I see that he eats frequent/small meals throughout the day. He still has the episodes, but not nearly as frequently. He is 4 years old now...and weighs about 8 pounds, so he is not a puppy nor is he tiny. I am very interested in what you learn about Bailey...so please keep me posted...it just may help me figure out what is wrong with my boy. Again, get well wishes to Bailey and a big hug to you...I know it's hard to watch your baby having seizures and I know you just want to prevent them from ever happening again.
