The hardest part I have with painting dogs I don't know is that I don't know their personality. You know your dogs. The great thing about Yorkies (and to a degree other small dogs) is that they are very expressive. That is why I love painting Yorkies. Good luck and I'd love to see how they turn out.

I'm not crazy about painting from photo, so I think that's why I haven't tried it yet. Taking the photos are difficult enough! lol Trixie is also still very dark and it's difficult to see her eyes in a photo. Oh, the pain...

I'll post an image of my attempt when the time comes.
